I&#8217;m off to Europe for a few days. Now that the Oscars is over, it&#8217;s time for me to take my post-Oscars vacation. Usually I go somewhere familiar like Florida or Connecticut, but this time I decided to go to Europe.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-254\" href=\"http:\/\/www.adster.net\/blog\/off-to-europe-for-a-few-days\/europe\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-254\" title=\"Europe!\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adster.net\/blog\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/europe.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"460\" height=\"443\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;But Adam, why Europe?&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> I can hear you asking. Good question! It all came down to price. See, a few weeks ago Delta had a glitch on their website that priced certain Europe flights way below what they should be. Because of that, I was able to book a round trip flight to Copenhagen, Denmark for $277, cheaper then flying to Florida or Connecticut. I&#8217;ve never been to Europe, so I thought this would be a good chance to explore, if only for a few days.<\/p>\n<p>But after looking in to accommodations in Copenhagen, I realized that Denmark was quite an expensive place to stay,\u00a0 so I booked a round trip flight from Copenhagen to London for only $65. I&#8217;ve always wanted to go to London! My return flight to Los Angeles includes a 1 night stay in beautiful Amsterdam.<\/p>\n<p>So now my bags are packed and I&#8217;m ready for a solo trip to Europe. Like before, I plan to make periodic blog posts about my travels, starting with my first post of Copenhagen tomorrow morning.<\/p>\n<p>Time to get some rest! Europe is a lot further away then I thought it was&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P.S.<\/strong> For those wondering how I found the cheap fare, I subscribe to a Twitter feed called AirfareWatchdog. They post when they find an unusually low airfare.
